The importance of yolk antibodies (IgY) for their use in the diagnosis and treatment human diseases is shown. structural features IgY compared to immunoglobulins were studied. disadvantages obtaining hyperimmune sera from mammalian animals revealed. A feature its resistance trypsin chymotrypsin, which can contribute more effective diseases. Data on optimization technology various bird species are presented. It shown that 25-50 mg highly purified immunoglobulin be obtained one egg. Obtaining eggs humane than using mammals this purpose. Compared ion exchange chromatography, gel ultrafiltration, methods precipitation with chemicals (ammonium sulfate) found simpler terms methodology. results electrophoresis revealed two types proteins a molecular weight about 65 kDa 30 kDa, corresponds mass «heavy» «light» chains. Quail Coturnix coturnix japonica as producer biological raw materials production diagnostic have great advantages over chickens ( Gallus domesticus ).
